Give this man a payrise! I had an absolutely great experience with Vijay. After a failed selling campaign with another agency (5 months in the market) I contacted Vijay for a second attempt. Vijay did a marvellous job, he had a great knowledge of the area and the market, he nailed the selling strategy with-in a week of the house being listed I had two offers. The process was very smooth and as relaxed as it can be when selling a house. He did an excellent job being the mid-man between the two parts. I will definitively ask for his help again in future.
