With Ben's oversight, she helped us understand what was worth doing and why, and she kept in regular contact with us throughout, so it was impossible to consider going with any other agent when it came time to sell. She works very hard.

Kartjana was very communicative to me, and worked hard to convince potential buyers to make offers. I had a strange experience with Kartjana because she made an offer on my home when the listing was about 2 months old, but ended up withdrawing the offer and I didn't really get to work with her for the remainder of the sales period. It would have been nice to have more communication during that time
