Counting this transaction, I count 10 property transactions I have done. Were I to rank John 10 out of 10 for value for money, no other real estate agent would make even 5 out of 10. So tired with the wonderfully polite but glib approach from other agents, we even by-passed real estate agents altogether when selling our last house. Similarly, when approaching John we cheekily challenged him to beat an informal offer we had received. He took up that challenge, and smashed it. He was patient, smart, astutely judged prospective purchasers and kept us up-to-date with all developments. He worked hard. Absurdly so. I never thought I would see the day when I could say my real estate expectations were not just met, but utterly and totally smashed. For my part, I am totally embarrassed at the effort John has gone to relative to the Commission he will be earning - for some people, its not just about the bucks, and its a tremendous privilege to have such people in your corner. So, THANK YOU!
